Description:

Medium-sized tree with finely square-fissured blackish bark and leathery evergreen leaves. The leaves are dark green above and pale whitish-grey with dense short hairs below. The flowers are catkins and the fruit is an acorn.

Notes:

Found these in a small village with lots of wild/abandoned zones

It looks like some guava type to me (Psidium sp.?)
