I recently found one of these giants feeding on a vine (Cissus verticillata) and haven't been able to narrow it down to which species, but I pretty sure it's a Hawk Moth caterpillar (Eumorpha sp.) Maybe someone out there can narrow it down. I was thinking maybe E. satellitia, but it seems there are a few species with similar looking larvae.
