They are Green Turtles - you can see they only have two scutes on the forehead. Hawksbills have four in a grid shape: http://www.virginiaherpetologicalsociety...

In that area your two options are Hawksbill turtles or Green turtles. Green turtles, by the way, are not green, but have green tinged fat - which is why the sailors gave them their name.
