Heteropoda venatoria
I found a worldwide species that might be it's ID - Heteropoda venatoria.
Female Heteropoda venatoria have those white line between their eyes and "fangs".
But it's eyes doesn't match the eye patterns of wolf spiders.
It is a huntsman spider (sparassidae).
You can really see where they get their name in this shot... amazing. ;) Your photography is golden.
You're welcome. I discovered a couple that guard our building a few nights ago. They work for food :)
It's a type of Wolf Spider. They like insects not humans, so they generally will leave you alone.
