hmm.. agree!..it should be a type of Hoverfly..just don't know why it change the color..

It looks like a type of Hoverfly.

Actually I don't think this is a bee or wasp. It looks more like a fly (Order: Diptera). It has short antennae and only appears to have one pair of wings.
