This is probably a Lamancha goat! It's ears aren't gone they are just extremely short!

Ok...then I would say he probably did lose them due to a winter's freeze...Poor guy...he looks really sweet, though :)

Yeah I'm not sure how it did either. The goats I photographed were at a petting zoo type of place so maybe it was a rescue.

This goat has lost his ears. If he was in a colder climate, I would say due to freezing off when he was a kid. But, being in Oklahoma....I am not sure why/how.
