Description:

An introduced, yellow mustard. long spear shaped leaves whose lobes eventually wrap back around the stalk. Small yellow flowers, four petals, in clusters. Long seed pods with a 'beak' at the end, inside are the seeds which can be dried and ground. The leaves are edible as mustard greens and the root is also edible like turnip.
