A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Tiny moth, 3 mm long, black with yellow spots and an orange-yellow head. The scales on this moth are huge for its size, which is why I think there is a size limit on lepidoptera scales. While the insect can get very small, the scales remain more or less the same.
Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
