This plant was about one story tall. It was in front of a house in the Virginia-Highlands neighborhood in Atlanta, GA. It had purple spiky flowers and they had the bottom limbs cleaned of foliage which may have been natural growth up top or owner pruned.
The picture is lighter than the actual color. The flower had a real life color of a Rosemary flower.
