I don't know the common name in spain because that was the first time we saw one of them :)
we called it "dragon flea" ..but now seldom see in the city now.
hahahaa, It is very confusing for me too, when I look for photos of Cybister or Dytiscus genus they look very similar
you said related. But it looks exactly the same as mine !!! this is confusing. :)
