I spotted these while hiking in Fireman's Park on the edge of the city. They share the same dead tree with another unknown spotting of mine.

Thanks Susan, Gina for the ID. As for eating them Cherrey, I don't know about that. Never eaten orange mushrooms before. You try them first, ok, hahahahah!
