I watched a fight between a bald eagle and an Ausprey last week. It was very brief tangling of heads and feathers. (both birds were being attacked by smaller birds at the same time) It was quite the site. After the encounter the eagle had a feather or two missing in this exact spot. ...
The angle between Tail and wing must observed to fix size of bird of Silhouette position above head or at Zenith.
