Great Black-backed Gull (3rd Winter)

Larus marinus

Description:

Large Gull in a flock with with Herring and Ring-billed gulls. It is about twice as large as the ring bills and slightly larger that the Herring. It really stands out compared to the other gulls, as it's back is black, large bill, with ring. I have an idea what I think it is, but I'm gonna leave it open to let someone else verify it.
