Nice shot Ilya! in this case i agree whit Ole ID this is a Cownose Eagle Ray
Now you can edit and fill the blanks white the scientific name and a web reference thanks.

Heather, thanks for the suggestion and the article. I've checked wikipedia on Eagle Rays - they seem to be covered with spots as opposed to plain gray color on my pictures...

Maybe an Eagle Ray- "Eagle rays unlike stingrays tend to live in the open ocean rather than on the bottom of the sea. Compared with other rays, their tails are quite long and they are a well-defined rhomboidal shape featuring distinct wings."
