Description:

Around 10 millimeters long. Head and pronotum black. Each elytra is creamy yellow with three black bands (making its pattern similar to that of bees; hence the name). The first black band reaches the scutellum.

Yes, and apparently relatively common in Belgium at that time of the year, although is the first time this year that I have noticed it. Perhaps this year there has been more of them than usual :-)
