Take a look at

I think its Dicerca tenebrica
See the Neck area where wings joined and end of wings where is little curve.

I was shure it's Buprestidae family, but your right it's not at all a tenebrica, it's too beautiful ;-) and with the normal distribution of this specie i this also that is a Buprestis splendens...
