My take: young male Sympetrum vulgatum. It has yellow on the legs, which rules out Sympetrum sanguineum (which has totally black legs) and leaves S. vulgatum and S. striolatum.

The abdomen has a bobble near the end (widens and gets smaller again), it has lots of yellow on the legs and it has a "moustache". That all points to S. vulgatum..
