Notes:

I spotted this while hiking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. I know it's an orchid but not sure of the genus. I think it's Eulophia.

Great spot! Definitely Eulophia and looks very much like one of the paler forms of E.horsfallii.

I heard that they are mimicking wasps and bees (mainly the thorax UV-coloring)
