First I saw a little one, walking on a dead tree... them I turn left, and saw this little party going on. We was missing it for sure!.

BrunoKneubühler Thanks for the ID correction, It seams that Agathemera luteola is the only Agathemera in the region I fond it. So thanks again!.

definitly not Agathemera crassa ! Might be a subspecies of Agathemera luteola.

From what I can gather that looks like smaller males mating with much larger females. And yes, Peter is right, it's insane looking.
