Hi Lani, pls see my similar spotting - http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/161.... Cassida circumdata is the species occurring in the Philippines.
I don't think this is Charidotella sexpunctata, which is a North American beetle. It's a fabulous tortoise beetle though.
