Description:

Menophra abruptaria, the waved umber, is a moth of the Geometridae family. The larvae feed on Ligustrum ovalifolium and Syringa vulgaris. This adult was spotted while resting on a house wall, in Tzoumerka mountains, Epirus region, Greece.
