Koel

Eudynamys orientalis

Notes:

I "rediscoved" this photo of a Pacific Koel, which was found after falling from the nest. Seen here begging for "more". This is the same bird I posted earlier http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/666..., after it had been released. Koels are Cuckoos that lay their eggs in the nest of other birds, which is possibly why this one might have been evicted.

Thanks Ann, amazing the difference one month makes in the life of a bird.
