They are Lantana camara but I think they have many hybrids. In Australia they were introduced and have taken over a lot of native bushland causing lots of problems so they aren't that popular over here. They do have a nice flower but in the wild the bush is very ragged looking and not very pretty.

yep, seems you're right. Also called shrub verbenas according to wikipedia.

I think they're called lantana... at least that's what they call the ones at the garden centers.

I see these tiny flowers allover the Philippines. I don't know how they're called though.
