Broad-leaved Helleborine orchid

Epipactis helleborine

Description:

Is the same orchid as in my previous spotting but a younger sampling growing nearby. When younger the flowers are more white than pink and the plant looks more greenish.

Habitat:

Wood lands near pond.

Notes:

Wild orchids may be less impressive than the cultivated varieties. Yet they are really pretty and they are not so eay to find so I was very happy when we found these :-)
