Buttoned snout moth

Hypena rostralis

Description:

Tiny moth found in Europe. Flies in two generations - August to October and March to June. Identifiable mainly by its 'snout' (hence the name).

Habitat:

Found in a dry, rocky garden.

Thanks, Amber, but IDs need to be more specific than just 'moth'. Glad you liked the photo, though. :)
And thanks, Ashish, for narrowing it right down for me! It's actually a buttoned snout moth, as I found out when I researched. :)
