Description:

This insect looks just like a piece of moss it has about 4.5 cm long, The picture is not so clear , I actually scan it from a print, as I have not been able to find another since 1999.

That's amazing. A friend spends several weeks a year in that area and has lots of photos of phasmids, but I've never seen anything like that. I'll ask him if he has.
