urban
This spider wandered onto my computer while I sat on my porch in the morning. I quickly grabbed my camera for a few shots.

Do you have any links SpiderJoe?
Definitely neither Misumenops nor Mecaphesa. Probably Xysticus.
Thanks Gina, I'm not 100% sure about the ID but I'm going to go with it for now. The markings do match on the back of the head.
My guess is misumenops asperatus.
Its a jumping spider for sure.. I'll check for the ID or references..
@Raiyan, I think this is a jumping spider, with no ID.

Its a crab spider for sure but I'm afraid I don't know the exact species. I mostly work on jumping spiders. Its a gr8 find anyways!!
lol ...so fun!
That first shot is the face for sure and yes, does look a little grumpy. I zoomed in so it could be seen easier because it so strange looking. I thought it looked like a grumpy troll or something. Thanks Atul. Now if we can just ID it!
great work dan
Lol! No, Nicole, not only you can see the face in that spider! Looks a little grumpy, though!
Dan, I do the same - as soon as something different appears, my hand shoots out for my camera! That first shot is seriously amazing. Definitely looks like some sort of crab spider with those long front legs.
Does this first shot look like a face or is this my vivid imagination?
:D
Great shots!
