Globe Thistles

Echinops bannaticus

Description:

While growing they develop a round-shape shrub. Globe thistle isn't an evergreen; during the summer it assumes a blue colouring. The adult species are large in size and reach 1,5 m in height.

Indeed, they look lovely on the ceiling, especially with the warm, colourful light that penetrates through them.
