Description:

There are six variations of Dark-eyed Juncos. These were Slate-colored.

Habitat:

Fallen dead trees in the middle of a pasture.

Notes:

There were two Juncos and one White-throated Sparrow - the Sibley Guide to Birds shows that sometimes there are hybrids of those two. (p. 494)
