Stellers Sea Eagle

Description:

It lives in coastal northeastern Asia and mainly preys on fish. It is, on average, the heaviest eagle in the world, at about 4.9 to 9 kilograms.

Habitat:

The Steller's Sea-eagle mainly feeds on fish. Favored prey include salmon, trout and cod. Besides fish, it also preys on water-dwelling birds (including ducks, geese, swans, cranes and gulls), various mammals, crabs, squid and carrion.This eagle has been recorded preying with some regularity on young seals.

Sean... I just have better camera now...!!
Unfortunately there is no eagle here around Mumbai due to lot of Pollution. Sea birds also disappeared from coastline.
I hope I will get some of them till December by going away...!!
