Praying mantis

Habitat:

Really not sure....they are pretty rare here in Hungary as far as I can tell. This one was in a back garden and the only other time I've ever seen one was on a bus....on the green handrail, I barely spotted it!

Notes:

The picture is the right way up....the mantis was hanging upside down! Hungarian name: Imádkozó sáska

yes it is I think....about 9 -10cm-ish.
