This is must be great egret.. Mitch you are correct.. Such long neck and nose are to be referred..!!

Agreed - that's a Great Egret. The beak is the giveaway - Snowy Egrets have black beaks. Additionally, though you can't see the feet in this picture, Snowy Egrets are easy to identify from the bright yellow feet.
