It could be Prenanthes brunoniana
Can this be a Thalictrum?

You are right they both look very similar.
thanks, the longer I look to the flowers - it reminds me of my "hasenlattich" as the structure of the flower. take a look: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/699... maybe they are farly related to each other...
