Brown Anole

Anolis sagrei

Description:

Around 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon, I walked over to the left front window, to look outside. As I looked through the left front window, I did not see anything. Then my head turned a little bit to the left. To the left of my head, and only inches from my face, was a large, dark reptile. This dark reptile, was resting on the left side, of the left front window, and only inches from my face. I quickly grabbed my camera, and I started to take a lot of photos, of this dark reptile. This dark reptile, did not move for about 3 minutes, while I was taking a lot of photos of it, and again, only inches from my face. This large reptile, was of a dark color. After about 3 minutes, I wanted to go outside, and to take its photos, from the outside. As soon as I turned the door knob, this dark reptile, ran across the wall, and into the bushes.

Habitat:

While I was looking out of the left front window, I spotted this large, dark reptile, resting on the left side, of the left front window, and only inches away from my face and camera.
