The greater flamingo (Phoenicopterus roseus) is the most widespread species of the flamingo family. It is found in Africa, on the Indian subcontinent, in the Middle East and southern Europe.

Excuse me Doreen! I didn't notice that this was a local mission. I removed many spottings from the mission (this was a time consuming task). I will also remove this and any other I added by mistake in this mission. Thank you.
