did yoy noticed, i have found the last days, the same mushroom, and i'am still try to figure out, wich one this is-- could be from the genus asterophora

If I had to guess it is a Bolete, maybe even boletus edulis: however, I"d need to see the gill area. Also it appears to be covered in mold

It's funny to see that the nearest spotting to yours is the giant sequoia at Castle Leod.
