Susan, muscovies are known for their ability to hatch out huge broods. They are regularly used by poultry breeders to sit on and hatch out other chicks/ducklings/goslings from less broody breeds. I've used them to hatch Chinese goslings. I've got two muscovies (Minnie and Lucy) sitting right now, and I'm expecting them to hatch out in the next week.
