Description:

Tall, tan bird with red feathers on it's forehead.

Habitat:

Low leveled clean lake surrounded by lots of moist grassy area and marsh, enclosed within the woods.

Notes:

Way, way out in the in the woods by "Camp Ten Lakes", on the road between Paradise and Tahquamenon Falls State Park. A family of two with chicks.
