Spider identification help

Description:

The spider in question is of a beige brown color with darker stripes on its abdomen and cephalothorax. It has quite substantial speed on the ground. It also appears to be able to climb up things like wood but actually fails to hold on to glass. For the most part it was not very aggressive when I held it.

Habitat:

Various places. It appears to not mind sunlight or shade. As you can see in the photo it creates a funnel web at the base of its nest with cobweb like substance at the entrance. I suppose I could compare to a blanket. These particular photos were taken around my garage and house.
