Sea gull or gull of some sort.
Two Cans, I am pretty sure this is not a Ring-billed Gull. This gull looks much bulkier and the markings are different. Ring-bills also don't get the red marking on the lower part of the bill that is seen on this gull.
This may be a Yellow-legged Gull, Larus michahellis or a similar looking larger gull. I am not absolutely sure at this time.
