Fossil of some colonial sea creature? Note ridges on each hole.

Habitat:

Found near rocky cliffs up Logan Canyon.

Notes:

I had previously found sea shell and crinoid fossils in this area.

It is a piece of fossilized coral

Could be a crinoid or a sponge.

Thanks for "favoriting" my Dodder spotting, Kristal! You have spotted lots of interesting specimens -- I will need to revisit your collection when I have more free time. In the meantime, I can't be sure but your fossil reminds me of the top of a Crinoidea flower. What do you think?
