As you can see in the second image, the flower is the same except for the colors. The leaves are quite visible on it.

I don't think its Clitoria. Do you have any more photos to help with ID?My first thought was in the Gesneriaceae family.
Could it be the ' Clitoria ternatae ?
Hi Ashish. I went through the mentioned Aeginetia genus that you had mentioned but i don't think so. The leaves are small and clustered with these flowers coming out on single short stalks.
It looks like a flower ??but it's a beautiful spotting !!
I think you're on the right track.
