Haliaeetus albicilla
The white-tailed eagle is the largest raptor in Europe with a wingspan reaching up to 2.44 meters. The one in the picture is a large adult female (adults are recognized by the characteristic white tail, whereas the juveniles have brown tails) that was feeding on a carcass of some sort with its two yearlings.
