Calliphara nobilis
Larvae are found feeding on developing seeds, but adults can be abundant in gregarious swarms beneath any large leaves and disperse with a loud buzzing when disturbed.
I can not tell you what this insect is, other then to say I call it Stunningly beautiful.

I think it's Calliphara nobilis in a nymph phase, Haha... But check it first...
Great spotting! Amazing colors! I think the common name for these is Jewel Bug.
