Try making a smoothie with a mix of ice, water, papaya, and banana. You will feel super recharged afterward. The flavor is delightful. There is a species of Papaya I have seen in southwest nicaragua that produces fruit that easily weighs 10 -15 pounds each. The sometimes grow to be over 20 inches long by 8 to 10 inches wide!

I love to eat papaya. Do you squeeze lime on them before eating? That's what makes the good,
