Description:

I think this is still a young plant, seeming it's still sitting very low on the ground.

Habitat:

Found this in a little garden, on a mountain in the tropics. The air was cool.

Definately a Cycad! Cycas revoluta is the most commonly cultivated and this does have the look of it but I'd need to check in more detail when I've got more time. Nice spot.
