Oudemansiella mucida or Collybia mucida
Not only because it grows on a tree, but also because it's covered in shiny mucus - it's called mucida (=slimy in Latin) for a reason :)
I thought so, but am not sure, because it's on the side of a tree?
It kind of looks like Collybia mucida - Pocelain mushroom
