Based on the fact that they are predominantly Muscovy (you saw the parents mating, saw the ducklings grow), I would keep the name as Muscovy.

The parents could both be muscovy, but these ducks definitely have some Mallard in their blood.

Maybe but I followed the muscovy Parents, saw the mating. Watched them grow up from ducklings. Possibly they broke from their groups while I wasn't watching. Not sure?

Looks more Mulard (Muscovy x Mallard mix) to me.
