Buthus occitanus
Stoney, sparsely vegetated disturbed soil.
Someone turned over a fair few rocks before finding this little guy and to be fair, this posture was more than a little provoked.
It looks a lot like Buthus occitanus, additionaly, considering that you've spotted in Spain. It is a common species in the Southwestern Europe. :D
