Joao Krajewski took this picture right at the front of the lodge in August. Fantastic picture, I don't know how he does it. I think we're looking at a female little woodstar or white-bellied woodstar-I'd be happy to be given a definitive answer...

Habitat:

Cloud Forest Reserve at Santa Lucia, Pichincha, Ecuador. 1920m in primary forest.
